"Lets start with the room, Room was not up to standard. What they showed in pictures was completely misleading. So they have Deluxe, Premium and Suite Rooms. when you book with family or couple make sure you book the upper two categories. Our room had the main door lock broken and the washroom lock as well. Room service is slow and very casual until you dont ask or remind them they will not respond. Hotel staff is polite and friendly."
